The case of QQ Vir

QQ Vir has a rich p-mode frequency spectrum (Silvotti et al. 2006)

Is a bright star (B=13.5), and has one dominant mode (P=137.8 sec)

Has a seismological model solution based on frequency matching, which matches the dominant mode to degree L=2 (Charpinet et al. 2006)

Telting & Østensen (2004) found from low-resolution time-resolved spectroscopy that the dominant mode is consistent with L=0
